Eleventh graders performed about Cartagena's history. It is common to celebrate Fiestas Novembrinas, but also the English team invites you to learn more about Cartagena.
This blog aims to share what we are doing at Fulgencio Lequerica Vélez School to improve the English learning-teaching process "STEP BY STEP".

What superhero would you be?💥
10th graders were working with conditional 2 in English class. They created their superhero using some apps, and some other students painted that superhero by themselves... and you? If you were a superhero, what superhero would you be?
Let's see their work in the pictures.

Halloween
The tradition of Halloween on 31 October comes from the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain. Halloween has become the United States’ second-biggest commercial festival after Christmas. It is also celebrated in other countries, but it’s not as big as in the United States, even in the countries where the traditions began.
On Halloween, children knock on people’s doors and ask for
sweets. Going
trick or treating is so popular that a quarter of the sweets for the year in
the United States are sold for this one day.
